In which case am I entitled to BISOL Supreme™ Cashback?
If you are a candidate for BISOL Supreme™ Cashback, you meet all of the following conditions: you have purchased BISOL Supreme™ photovoltaic modules (at least 3 kWp) and you also own the power plant where you installed these same modules (you are the end customer), not more than 12 months have passed since your purchase and the BISOL Supreme™ Cashback refund for the purchase and installation of BISOL Supreme™ photovoltaic modules with these serial numbers is claimed for the first time. The BISOL Supreme™ Cashback refund can only be claimed once for the purchase and installation of one BISOL Supreme photovoltaic module, based on the registration of its serial number in the BISOL Supreme™ Cashback.
How much BISOL Supreme Cashback money can I receive?
Every time you purchase and install BISOL Supreme™ modules (at least 3 kWp), you can claim a refund of BISOL Supreme™ Cashback. The amount you receive is calculated by multiplying each Wp of your power plant by € 0.03, therefore you receive € 0.03 for each Wp of your power plant.
Is there a minimum refund amount for BISOL Supreme™ Cashback?
Yes, your total BISOL Supreme™ Cashback refund amount for all your purchases of BISOL Supreme™ modules must be at least € 90 (calculated at €0.03/Wp).
Is there a maximum refund amount for BISOL Supreme™ Cashback?
No, the BISOL Supreme™ Cashback refund is not limited upwards.
How can I receive BISOL Supreme™ Cashback?
After purchasing and installing the BISOL Supreme™ Cashback photovoltaic modules, go to the BISOL Supreme™ Cashback subpage on www.bisol.com and register.
What information do I need to get BISOL Supreme™ Cashback?
When registering, you will have to state your name and surname, date of birth, address, e-mail, telephone and tax number as a natural person, and the name of the company, address, e-mail and telephone, registration and tax number, as well as the name, surname and contact details of your contact person if you are registering as a legal person. In both cases, you will also need to enter the transaction account number (IBAN), the name of the account owner, the SWIFT code and the name of the bank in the registration. Among the information on modules you will write the date of purchase, supplier, installer, address of module installation and installation date, total price as mentioned on the invoice and the serial numbers of the modules, and you will also be asked to add a copy of the invoice.
Can additional costs be incurred when I claim BISOL Supreme™ Cashback?
They could, but this depends on the bank of the bank account you specify in the registration and on the tax legislation of the country you are a citizen of. From the final amount you receive in the account, your bank can deduct transaction costs from you, and at the same time, your country can charge you tax liabilities.
Is buying BISOL Supreme photovoltaic modules enough to get BISOL Supreme™ Cashback?
No. You can claim a refund of the BISOL Supreme™ Cashback if you are the end customer of the BISOL Supreme™ photovoltaic modules and also the owner of the photovoltaic system in which the same BISOL Supreme™ modules were installed.
Can I claim BISOL Supreme™ Cashback when purchasing any other photovoltaic modules, mounting solutions or other BISOL products?
No, the refund of BISOL Supreme™ Cashback is connected exclusively to the purchase and installation of BISOL Supreme photovoltaic modules.
Can I claim BISOL Supreme™ Cashback from a supplier or installer?
No. The BISOL Supreme™ Cashback refund can only be claimed directly from BISOL by registering to the BISOL Supreme™ Cashback.
Can I claim BISOL Supreme™ Cashback without registering to the BISOL Supreme™ Cashback?
No, online registration to the BISOL Supreme™ Cashback is obligatory for a refund.
Can my right to BISOL Supreme™ Cashback expire?
Yes. From the purchase of the modules on, you have a maximum of 12 months to register or re-apply for the BISOL Supreme™ Cashback.
When do I receive a BISOL Supreme Cashback?
After you have registered, BISOL has 21 days to confirm your registration and BISOL Supreme Cashback at the same time, followed by a further 21 days to transfer the money to your account.
Where will the BISOL Supreme™ Cashback be transferred to?
The BISOL Supreme™ Cashback will be transferred to the bank account you specified in the registration.
Can I claim the BISOL Supreme™ Cashback even for the later additional purchases of BISOL Supreme™ photovoltaic modules?
Yes. You can claim the BISOL Supreme™ Cashback every time you make a new purchase and install BISOL Supreme photovoltaic modules, of course if you meet all the other, always the same conditions for receiving the BISOL Supreme™ Cashback that are described in the first question.
How can I claim the BISOL Supreme™ Cashback for each new purchase of BISOL Supreme™ photovoltaic modules?
Log in to your BISOL Supreme™ Cashback profile with your username and password that you specified when registering. Find the application for a new BISOL Supreme™ Cashback in the profile and fill out the application form for the new BISOL Supreme™ Cashback.
How can I check the status of my BISOL Supreme™ Cashback?
Log in to your BISOL Supreme™ Cashback profile with your username and password that you specified when registering and check the status of your cashback under My BISOL Supreme™ Cashback. Please note that the latest information may be delayed.
Can I use the BISOL Supreme™ Cashback as a credit note for the next purchase and installation of BISOL Supreme™ photovoltaic modules?
No. The BISOL Supreme™ Cashback procedure requires refunding your cashback for each of your BISOL Supreme™ purchase, of course if you claim the BISOL Supreme™ Cashback by successfully registering or re-apply.
