Smart maintenance. A secure future.

Smart maintenance. A secure future.

At BISOL®, we not only care about producing top-quality solar technology, but also about its long-term efficiency.

As an Europe's largest PV manufacturer, we have developed an advanced maintenance service for the domestic market in Slovenia, combining smart technology, expert knowledge, and preventive care to maximize the profitability of solar power plants.

We take a comprehensive approach to the energy future – with solutions that ensure peaceful and safe operation for power plant owners for decades to come.

24/7 monitoring, quick responses, and preventive care for the long-term profitability of your power plant.

A solar power plant is a long-term investment that must operate flawlessly for decades. And although BISOL Supreme™ and Premium modules are known for their exceptional reliability and low degradation, other factors are also important for the proper functioning of a solar power plant.

Most losses occur where users do not expect them. Extreme weather conditions, the impact of animals, the operation of inverters, electrical connections, shading, component wear, and the supporting structure are the main reasons for gradual failures that lead to lower yields. Often completely unnoticed.

BISOL® Maintenance is a holistic approach to solar power plants designed to:

  • prevent outages and financial losses,

  • ensure long-term operational stability,

  • and take immediate action when really needed.

The key to a secure and profitable future

24/7 system monitoring

An advanced monitoring system enables continuous monitoring of the solar power plant's operation and immediate detection of deviations. Even minor fluctuations in operation can be an early indicator of major malfunctions, so rapid response is key to preventing losses. Our automatic alert system enables timely action and significantly simplifies power plant management.

Thermographic inspection

With a thermographic camera, we detect hot spots, microcracks, and other hidden defects before they cause failures or pose a safety risk. Due to the high reflectivity of glass surfaces, correct camera positioning, appropriate angles of incidence, and professionally trained personnel are key to accurate results.

Overview of the substructure

The stability of the power plant depends on a flawless supporting structure. Solar modules provide effective protection for the roof against wind and snow, but only if the structure is properly secured. Therefore, we regularly check the joints, fastenings, possible corrosion, and the effect of thermal expansion, which can weaken the system over time or cause dangerous stresses.

Inspection of inverters and electrical components

The electrical system is often overlooked, despite playing a key role in the operation of a power plant. As part of the maintenance inspection, we check the operation of inverters, the condition of electrical circuits, the resistance of conductors to UV light, voltages in individual branches, and the effectiveness of protective elements. We inspect the meter cabinet and test the protective systems. If necessary, we update the software and adjust the system settings for optimal operation.

Professional cleaning of modules

We ensure thorough and safe cleaning of modules with specialized brushes and demineralized water. No traces and no damage. Cleanliness directly affects system performance. In micro-locations with more dust, soot, or industrial emissions, regular cleaning can increase production by up to eight percent. The process is quick, easy, and professionally performed. We recommend it at least once a year or depending on specific environmental conditions.

System optimization

Based on measurements and years of experience, we advise you on how to increase the efficiency of your power plant. In certain cases, we recommend electrical reconnection, as the correct connection of individual branches to the inverter is crucial for optimal operation. It is important that the modules in each branch are coordinated – in series connection by current, in parallel connection by voltage. If the system does not switch on in the morning light, this is often a sign that there are not enough modules in the branch. Take advantage of the potential that your system already has.
