Engineering Progress: Key Technical Advances in 2025 

G12R cell technology integrated into production 

In early Q2 2025, BISOL integrated G12R solar cells into its production lines. This upgrade improves manufacturing flexibility, supports higher module efficiency and enables increased power density across current and future product generations. 

For partners, this transition means access to modules that are better aligned with evolving system requirements, higher output expectations and long-term scalability, without changes to installation practices or reliability standards. 

Upgraded certifications for enhanced hail resistance 

In 2025, BISOL modules obtained upgraded hail impact certifications, confirming resistance to hailstones with a diameter of 40 mm at impact speeds of up to 99.1 km per hour. 

This certification strengthens BISOL’s position in markets exposed to increasingly extreme weather conditions. It supports insurance and financing discussions and reduces long-term risk for installers, developers and system owners. 

Smarter solar systems: BISOL360 now available globally 

BISOL360, BISOL’s energy monitoring and control system, became available globally in 2025. It adds energy optimization, real-time monitoring and sophisticated analytics to photovoltaic systems, enabling better energy use, effective energy storage control and improved system profitability. Real-time analytics meet real-world impact. 

For international partners, BISOL360 provides a practical way to increase system value beyond the module itself, strengthening project economics and long-term customer confidence. 

When solar becomes personal: engraved BISOL Supreme™ 

In 2025, BISOL introduced personalised engraving on BISOL Supreme™ modules. Names or brand identities can be engraved directly on the module frame, adding a discreet visual distinction to high-performance installations. 

This feature allows premium residential and corporate projects to combine proven technical performance with a visible element of identity. For partners, it provides a clear differentiation option in design-sensitive markets, while maintaining the performance and reliability standards of the Supreme™ series. 

FER-X-ready modules for Europe’s next regulatory phase 

In 2025, BISOL introduced the BGO series, a high-power module range designed to meet FER-X requirements and broader European sourcing expectations. Built on G12R TOPCon technology, the series combines high output with full component traceability. 

With power output reaching up to 580 W, BGO modules are suited for residential, commercial and utility-scale projects where performance, compliance and long-term reliability are critical. Production is scheduled to start in Q1 2026, allowing partners to prepare early for upcoming tender and regulatory frameworks. 

Across Europe: strengthening partnerships and market trust 

Throughout 2025, BISOL actively engaged with partners across Europe to support market development, share technical expertise and present new product solutions. Our teams participated in major industry events, including KEY Energy in Rimini and Intersolar Europe, where we met with installers, distributors and industry stakeholders. 

In parallel, BISOL took part in a wide range of targeted partner events and technical webinars focused on product application, system performance and upcoming market and regulatory requirements. These interactions enabled direct exchange with professionals across different market segments.
